Join us as a Senior Engineering Manager, where you will play an instrumental role in establishing a Center of Excellence for managing Export Licensing across Aerospace Engineering. This position not only provides direct oversight of two Authorized Officers (AOs) but also involves matrix management responsibilities overseeing all license owners within the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Export Compliance organization, focusing on maintaining an exemplary compliance program in alignment with the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).As a Senior Engineer Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the company, leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions, developing and executing engineering strategies that meet customer requirements and drive business growth, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
