RN - Nursing Education Specialist - 100%FTE, Day - University Hospital (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
Education:
Minimum - Master's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred - Five (5) years of relevant clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting. Three (3) years of experience with orientation and education of nursing staff in clinical setting. For ambulatory areas, relevant experience in primary and specialty clinic settings.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - RN Licensure in State of WI.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

Work Schedule: This is a Day shift position and includes eight (8) hour shifts, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends and off shifts. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department.
