Production Laborer (Finance)



We are looking for a Production Laborer (known internally as a Culling Operator) to join our Ozark, AL team! You will play a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Overnight Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am, with occasional overtime Starting at $18.00 / hour and up , based on experience

Overview: Primary responsibility is to inspect, sort, and cull tires based on specific criteria to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards

Core Contributions:

  • Inspection and Sorting:
    • Thoroughly inspect and sort tires based on established criteria and remove defective or non-compliant products
    • Maintain accurate records of culled tires, documenting reasons for rejection and providing necessary information for reporting purposes
    • Communicate any issues with quality or quantity of tires to team members and leadership
    • Operate machinery and equipment used in the culling process, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines
  • Safety & Team Coordination:
    • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
    • Efficiently meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards with a focus on safety
    • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed

Essential Experiences:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous forklift and/or bucket truck experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in hands-on, dirty and/or dusty environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
