Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile, consumer- and customer-savvy Brand Activation & Shopper Marketing Manager to lead the execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, trial, and conversion for Nurri™. This role sits at the intersection of brand experience and retail execution, bringing the Nurri™ brand to life across digital, in-store, and experiential channels. From sampling and social campaigns to retailer promotions and merchandising, this individual will play a pivotal role in building brand equity and accelerating sales.

Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Activation Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute omnichannel activation plans that connect the consumer and shopper journey--from awareness through conversion.
Create and manage playbooks, toolkits, and campaign assets to ensure consistent and scalable execution across channels and accounts.
Serve as a central point of contact for both consumer-facing activations (e.g., sampling, influencer, events) and customer-facing programs (e.g., in-store signage, demos, retailer promotions).
Retail & Shopper Marketing Execution
Lead development of retailer-specific marketing programs that support sell-in and drive in-store and digital conversion.
Collaborate with Sales and retail partners to develop programs that reflect omnichannel shopping behaviors and business priorities.
Manage retail activation touchpoints including POS, display, demos, and seasonal campaigns.
Support the execution of programs across online retail environments, including content, promotions, and retailer media.
ns Consumer Activation & Experiential Marketing
Plan and manage consumer-facing events, sponsorships, and sampling programs to build awareness and trial.
Oversee execution of brand activations across owned and paid media: digital, OOH, influencer, experiential, and social.
Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure timely, impactful, and on-brand execution.
Budget & Resource Management
Own the consolidated activation and shopper marketing budget.
Manage spend, timelines, and partner deliverables, ensuring high ROI and efficiency.
Prioritize initiatives based on performance data, business goals, and strategic fit.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Monitor and report on KPIs including trial, lift, velocity, ROAS, ROI, engagement, and omnichannel conversion metrics.
Build dashboards and campaign recaps in partnership with Analytics and Sales to inform and optimize future efforts.
Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Creative, and Finance to ensure alignment across consumer and retail touchpoints.
Leverage consumer, shopper, and category insights to shape activation plans tailored to specific channels and accounts.
Stay ahead of cultural trends, competitive activations, and emerging technologies to keep Nurri activations relevant and breakthrough.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in brand activation, shopper marketing, and/or integrated marketing--preferably in CPG, beverage, or food.
Experience supporting retail accounts (e.g., Costco, mass, grocery) and leading omnichannel activations from strategy through execution.
Strong track record of managing cross-functional campaigns with measurable business impact.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience on both the agency and brand/client side.
Familiarity with club and mass retail execution, including omnichannel planning.
Proficiency in marketing budget management, campaign measurement tools, and activation logistics.
Experience activating brands across both digital and physical touchpoints in food, beverage, or wellness categories.
Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
