Lead RFIC Design Engineer
Successful Candidate must have an EE degree and 15 to 20 years experience developing high volume RF and Analog IC products. This should include both stand along IC's and IP delivered to SoC's for single chip radios. This lead RFIC Designer must have provided multiple Transmitter/Power Amplifier solutions for digital communication applications. Experience should include at least one CMOS transmitter for WiFi6 applications that has gone into production. This Tx lead engineer will work closely with systems engineering and other IC development teams to define, design, conduct meaningful peer reviews, verify, validate and support the production ramp of transmitters for complex communicationIC's. Experience in frequency synthesis and receiver solutions is highly desirable as well.
