Position Summary:

Primary function of the Project Analyst role is to support and coordinate the day-to-day project activities, follow-ups, and Status updates for the Record to Report (RTR) workstream. In addition, the Project Analyst will support the workstream manager and team in documenting processes, meeting notes, and updating DEVOPs tool used for the Project Management Office team (PMO) to track the project .

To succeed in this role, the individual should have strong organizational skills, a good understanding of finance/accounting, work well in a team setting, and solid oral and written communication skills.

You Will:

  • Coordinate functional working sessions and ensure the right people are in attendance; take notes and identify actionable next steps.
  • Track follow ups, assign due dates and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain DEVOPs tool on the RTR workstream progress.
  • Document process flows, change requests, and work instructions. 
  • Support process testing scenarios and testing.
  • Update weekly Scorecards for RTR Workstream

You Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance /accounting
  • Experience in working in an ERP project implementation.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detailed and results oriented.
  • Quick learner
  • Solid team skills; must work well with others.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
