Inventory Lead (Finance)
1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
3. Ensure inventory personnel are in compliance with procedures, GMP, safety, and company policies
4. Tracks and analyses product inventory, providing direction on aged inventories to reduce risk, assure financial reconciliation and maintain inventory integrity.
5. Perform investigations, reports, and performs system adjustments as necessary, and resolves inventory inconsistencies.
6. Responsible to support all inventory floor functions (production support, EOR, cycle counting, rejects, receiving and shipping)
7. Verify that all Sleeves inbounds are being received systematically and in a timely manner
8. Responsible for managing the waste tracking and disposal of tankage products.
9. Work in conjunction with the Quality Department for quality dispositions.
10. Effectively communicate any pending items
11. Inventory CS Room: ensure the inventory on CS room is organized and accurate at all times, informing production supervisors/management of discrepancies or abnormalities.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
