Job Summary
CRH Americas, Inc., is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to coordinate inbound/outbound expatriate assignments with the HR leaders of our four business segments, CRH's corporate Global Mobility team and our corporate tax and legal departments. The position will also provide expertise for CRH Americas around global mobility best practices and manage frequent business travelers, cross-border issues, and other related topics. The Global Mobility function is responsible for ensuring mobility policies are up to date and in line with industry standards, planning and managing expatriate assignments, managing compliance and governance related to global mobility and managing third-party vendors. The job will play a liaison/project management role for inbound/outbound international assignments and a more direct role in Americas specific mobility issues. This newly created role, reporting to the Vice President Reward for CRH Americas, will be based out of Atlanta, GA in a hybrid work environment.
