Position Summary

ALL Crane Service, LLC, is seeking a motivated individual to work with us as a Service Team Member – Mechanics Helper. This individual would be responsible for general maintenance, upkeep, and organization of the Crane Shop. This is an entry level position to begin a career in the crane industry. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package. This opportunity is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $100 after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential Functions

  • Miscellaneous tasks around the Crane Shop: maintenance and clean-up of service equipment and shop area; parts inventory; small assembly and repairs
  • Assisting Service Technicians and Mechanics with preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Operate hand and power tools and a variety of other shop equipment and instruments
  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
  • Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment, including forklifts and tele-handlers
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
