π― What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the rehab department with a focus on quality outcomes and team development
- Oversee therapy services across all disciplines (except PTA)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care
- Monitor compliance, documentation, and productivity standards
- Mentor and support your team to grow professionally and thrive
- Licensed OT, COTA, PT, or SLP in the state of California
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for patient care and team empowerment
