AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an RN In-Patient Clinical Supervisor. This position is full-time (36 hours):Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11:00am - 11:30pm at our Hospice Home facility in Burlington, NC.

Job Summary:
Responsible for clinical coordination and supervision of the Inpatient Unit (Beacon Place and/or Hospice Home) including inpatient/residential care. The Clinical Supervisor will share in 24-hour accountability for the IPU. Responsible for ensuring day to day continuity of care and acts as a resource person and back up to the primary nursing staff. Manages daily referral /admissions for the IPU. Assumes operational responsibilities in the absence of the Clinical Manager. Leads day-to-day quality assurance and participates in on-going process improvement.
