What You'll Do:
As a Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments and keeping accurate records. Duties include:

Verifying and recording shipments, ensuring accuracy with invoices and purchase orders

Unpacking, inspecting, and rejecting damaged items; recording shortages and coordinating with shippers

Preparing parts for shipment and ensuring all outgoing orders meet specifications

Selecting appropriate shipping methods based on procedures, routes, and rates

Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and keeping bins and storage areas clean and organized

Documenting returns and keeping accurate records of shipping and receiving activity
