POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Support Executive team by working with business operations leaders to identify, summarize and communicate operational performance opportunities that when properly addressed, will strengthen business operations, reduce/minimize costs and increase profitability
  • Perform as internal operations analyst in reviewing and identifying barriers within the organization's various divisions/business units to identify operational and/or financial areas of improvement and regularly summarize and discuss findings with company's executives and senior management team
  • Contribute to developing our organization-wide operations analysis and reporting capabilities so collectively we gain a greater understanding of data gathered, how to best communicate findings and help operations managers drive improvements
  • Define and create new reports, modify existing reports and develop, improve, manage and distribute information, to include being discrete with confidential information
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Ad hoc projects related to operations and/or acquisitions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years' operations and financial analysis experience with a solid understanding of operational reporting, and how an income statement and balance sheet come together coupled with a BA; MBA a plus.
  • Possess highly analytical and process-oriented skills to include computer software proficiency; especially Excel, Power BI and ERP experience is preferred
  • Self-driven individual, team contributor with strong interpersonal and communications skills coupled with a strong work ethic and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail
  • Travel: Will have an opportunity at times to travel to branch offices
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire; must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
