Temporary Maintenance - Turn (The Haven Athens) (Finance)
The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance during turn. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills. This is a temporary position. Reports to: Community Manager & Maintenance Supervisor Direct Reports: None Roles and Responsibilities The duties listed below are an outline of the responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the community change, these duties may be modified as needed. Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install.Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.Perform touch up painting as directed by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas.Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.Perform housekeeping duties as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
