General Field Sales & Account Management - Experienced Professional (Finance)



For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $53,120,00 - $ 79,680 per year plus uncapped commissions

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Sales Ops Support plays a critical role in supporting the sales lifecycle for construction/service projects, from bid management through booking and opportunity tracking. This position ensures smooth coordination between sales, operations, legal, and pre-construction teams, while maintaining accurate documentation and systems updates across platforms like Salesforce, Studio 360, and bFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Bidding Support

  • Receive and process bid requests from mechanical, electrical, and general contractors.
  • Maintain and update the bid board utilizing bFO.
  • Route bid requests to appropriate account managers.
  • Coordinate support requests with Pre-construction and Inside Sales teams.
  • Distribute proposals to bidders and update bidder lists in bFO.
  • Assist in preparing proposal documentation, especially for large-scale construction projects.

Sales Booking

  • Process sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Assemble and submit booking packages.
  • Initiate legal review requests for contracts.
  • Follow up on Insurance requirements or COI's
  • Schedule sales-to-operations turnover meetings.
  • Update bFO with final booking details including contract, pricing, and close dates.
  • Upload signed contracts and ensure proper documentation is in Studio 360 and BFO.

Opportunity Management

  • Enter and manage opportunities in Salesforce and Studio 360 with complete details.
  • Log opportunities in bFO with contact information, relationship mapping, value, and expected close dates.
  • Submit support requests for Pre-construction and Legal teams.
  • Participate in monthly forecast reviews with Account Managers.
  • Manage bid invitations and RFPs to ensure proper routing and follow-up.
  • Track contract reviews, legal approvals, and insurance certifications.
  • Track QLK and opportunities in SmartSheet for projects over $1M
  • Schedule and support sales-to-operations turnover processes.

Administrative & Miscellaneous

  • Coordinate customer events and assist with meeting preparation and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a repository of key documents, proposals, and budgets.
  • Manage expense submissions and maintain the bookings Smartsheet.
  • Follow up on missing documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Serve as an expert user of the Sales Conversation Tool and Copilot.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction sales administration or project coordination preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Studio 360, and bFO.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

  • Assist in creating proposal documentation (especially for large construction projects).
Booking
  • Process sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Assemble booking packages in bFO.
  • Submit legal review requests for contracts.
  • Schedule sales-to-operations turnover meetings.
  • Update bFO with final booking details (contract, price, close date).
  • Upload signed contracts to bFO.
Opportunity Management
  • Enter opportunities into Salesforce and Studio 360 with full details.
  • Log opportunities in bFO with contact info, relationship map, value, and close date.
  • Submit support requests for Pre-con and Legal.
  • Participate in monthly forecast reviews with Account Managers.
  • Manage bid invitations and RFPs to ensure proper routing.
  • Follow up on contract reviews, legal approvals, and insurance certifications.
  • Ensure QLKs are launched with proper approvals.
  • Collate and prepare booking packages.
  • Schedule sales-to-ops turnovers.
Miscellaneous
  • Help coordinate customer events.
  • Assist with customer meeting prep and presentations.
  • Build a repository and Store key documents, proposals, and budgets.
  • Manage expense submissions. Maintain the bookings Smartsheet and follow up on missing items.
  • Be an expert at Sales Conversation Tool, and Copilot
