Laboratory Analyst (Finance)
Demonstrates and is responsible for assigned functions of the lab, including standard operating procedures, data recording and communication, and understanding of testing programs
Perform accurate and timely laboratory analyses
Calibrate and ensure instrumentation is in proper operating condition
Perform testing to qualify and/or validate raw materials and finished products
Ensure all testing is completed in accordance with Imperative laboratory test procedures
Demonstrates excellent verbal communications, which facilitates technical information transfer
Interact in a positive manner with management, leaders, and coworkers
Work independently and as part of a team
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Participates in laboratory and plant safety programs, following company policies regarding safety and environmental issues
Maintains cleanliness of the lab daily

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in science related field
Previous experience in a laboratory
Preferred:
Oil and gas laboratory experience
Experience in quality control work environment
