What you will do
RPA Delivery Leader is central resource with overall accountability for the RPA CoE working with business center stakeholders to identify key automation opportunities delivering high return of investment. Reporting into a Global DevOps Lead you will manage a team of RPA Developers and Business Analysts. You will be part of global function and play an instrumental role in shaping the global RPA strategy whilst sharing knowledge and best practice with other RPA teams based in regions.
This position will suit technical people managers such as IT Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Solutions Architects and Product Managers/Owners.
How you will do it
Manages dedicated Business Center RPA CoE Team
Coordinates and manages projects according to the Enterprise Automation CoE operating procedures and Agile methodology for software development
Drives the strategy and approach defined by Enterprise Automation CoE DevOps Lead to enable the operational excellence within the RPA CoE Team
Ensures the highest quality of solution delivery
Provides daily update on issues, dependencies and key deliverables to the Enterprise Automation CoE DevOps Lead
Ensures that Enterprise Automation CoE Delivery Management tracking is always up to date
Defines overall bot improvements according to the that Enterprise Automation CoE Production Dashboard
Act as a thought leader on emerging automation practices and technologies
Articulates the future of Robotics and AI and the impact on the current business models and processes
What we look for
Required
Proven leadership and management skills in IT
Strong IT Project Management knowledge and orientation
Team building skills
Experience of working in Agile methodology
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
Experience in Change Management lifecycle
A strong negotiator with strong business engagement and senior stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong planning capabilities
English language to a business proficiency level
Preferred
Master's Degree in IT or Management field of study
Experience and knowledge of RPA development lifecycle
RPA, Project Management, Agile or Scrum certification(s)
Knowledge of strategic technology suppliers
Knowledge of finance processes
Experience in process optimization
