How you will contribute
- Procure infrastructure, network, and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts
- Procure laptops in alignment with global standards and catalog
- Coordinate services related to network and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts
- Manage procurement of software related to hardware
- Oversee maintenance contracts for hardware
- Track orders and maintain procurement records
- Handle financial chargebacks
- Collaborate with real estate, engineering, field services, and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensure adherence to policies, processes, contracts, SLAs, and vendor management best practices
Qualifications
- Prior experience in global procurement or vendor management
- Strong ServiceNow skills is preferred
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
