Project duties include serving as the primary point of contact for consultants; communication of project status with appropriate internal parties; coordination and documentation of project reviews; assessment of project for value, design effectiveness, and compliance with FCP standards; monitoring of schedules and budgets; coordination with municipalities in order to obtain necessary project approvals; management of incentive program submittals; and serving as the owners representative throughout the construction process. Departmental support functions include assistance with the development and refinement of standardized documentation; assistance with the maintenance of the FCP Design Standards; preparation of monthly reporting documentation; collaboration with internal construction, management, and development staff to assess opportunities for process improvements; and other functions to support the success of projects, the team and Flaherty & Collins Properties as a whole.
