Shopper Operations Specialist (Finance)

Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Shopper Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve the Shipt experience by engaging with Shipt Shoppers and helping them succeed. You will have a unique ability to utilize data to effectively communicate solutions and gauge the pulse of our Shoppers. We work cross-functionally to ensure our Shoppers deliver an excellent experience to our Members while building trust and confidence with our Retail Partners.
Foster trust and respect with Shipt Shoppers through personal interactions via email.
Respond to a high volume of Shopper email inquiries with accurate information in a friendly and supportive voice.
Evaluate Shopper communications to proactively solve problems and improve the shopper experience.
Support a Shopper's success by providing best practice tips and resources geared towards a shopper's specific needs.
Triage problems from Shoppers, Members, and Retailer Partners and own issue resolution, or when necessary escalating to the appropriate team(s).
Work independently on team tasks, as well as collaboratively with your team on new initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
1+ years experience in customer service, HR, or Communications
Basic knowledge of the Shipt Shopper Experience gained in both company training and personal Shipt Shopping experience
Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Possess strong customer service skill, an advocate's mentality, and a positive attitude
Emotional intelligence in spades and experience dealing with people
Proven track record of being an A+ communicator with excellent written and grammar skills
