Sales Manager- Central Washington Region (Finance)

SALES MANAGER: Position will manage the activities of the regional sales force, coordinate all required salesman reports, and assist in forecasting the store Prime Products sales volume, direct expenses, profit levels, market share and capital expenditures annually. Must become familiar with all major competitors within the territory. Will also manage the wage and incentive programs for the Sales Department personnel, and control the Store Prime Product inventories including new and used units and maintaining the display and marketing of the equipment. Must establish and maintain a satisfactory and effective working relationship with all department heads, manufacturing representatives, and all current and potential store customers.
Successful applicant must have prior sales experience, preferably in the Agriculture and Turf industry. Previous supervisory and/or management experience helpful. Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing on all significant information concerning the Sales Department. Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary. The position will oversee the Ellensburg, Okanogan, Quincy, and Yakima stores.
