Overview:

Building complete solutions that meet the business needs of the partners' end-user clientele, accurately and appropriately, and including all relevant & applicable hardware, software and/or services.

This role's primary focus is building solutions and identifying opportunities to complete the sale with appropriate products and services focused on being consistent, providing full solutions, and facilitating the sale, while responding to partner requests expediently and efficiently via email, phone, online chat, and/or Microsoft calendar bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining productivity and engagement metrics.

When engaging with reseller/internal partners identify budget, end-user information, business need, close date.

Expanding the opportunity by identifying and offering all appropriate services/support/ warranty/maintenance/adjacent technology options and cross-sell considerations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Formal education or experience with technology products preferred.

Effective communication with multiple levels of customers.

Use of Microsoft Office products and associated software.

Ability to follow direction and take initiative as required.

Ability to work as a member of a team and take constructive criticism as an opportunity to advance/improve.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree preferred. 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience.

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $48,100.00 - $77,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
