Duties and Responsibilities
Compliance Management:Keep up with compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsMonitor changes in legislation and provide research and information to decision makers to update policiesCommunicate policy changes to employees and provide guidance on compliance matters
HR Administration:Help maintain accurate employee records, including files and HR databasesProcess employee data changes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationProcess terminations and resignationsHelp with monthly benefit administration
Reporting and Metrics:Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-makingTrack HR metrics, such as turnover rates and compliance audits
Training and Support:Help coordinate training sessions on compliance-related topics, such as harassment and safety policiesProvide support to management and employees on HR-related inquiries
