As a participant in the Sales Intern Program, the employee will spend time at various Departments across the company.
The Intern will have extensive on the job training in the Human Resources Department, Wagner Rental Fleet, Finance, Marketing, Parts & Service, Power Systems, Wagner Rents, and others. Job shadowing in various capacities will also be involved.
The human resources intern program will be 18 – 24 months in length, and at conclusion, an Intern will be qualified to apply for internal job openings.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience. Must have a Colorado driver's license and have a driving record that meets Company standards.
