Recruiter (Finance)
Source candidates utilizing various recruitment methods (i.e., traditional, online searches, internet postings, job/career fairs)
Screen candidates by thoroughly evaluating candidates for job fit against job descriptions.
Coordinate community and Virtual Hiring Events.
Build lasting relationships with Hiring Managers and work collaboratively on open positions.
Represent KGPCo within the community regarding employment opportunities
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (accurate requisitions, dispositioning candidates, etc.)
Ensure Affirmative Action compliance in all tasks and duties
Stay abreast of industry trends regarding competitive marketplace and present to HR and Business Partners
Keep up to date on latest and greatest sourcing tools and techniques
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of high-volume hourly recruitment experience
Experience with recruitment in manufacturing environment a plus.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to thrive in fast paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with varying completion date
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
