This position will effectively orchestrate the execution of all CHG's company-wide Community Impact vision and purpose with a focus on connecting community impact to CHG's Core values & purpose. They will help build strategies, programs, and services to amplify our unique people & community centric culture. This person leads a team of people from CHG's Community Impact team and the Making a Difference Foundation staff. They oversee & assign projects and programmatic areas of responsibility assuring growth and development of the individual team members.

Responsibilities:
1 - Lead and continuously develops the Community Impact team members and the Making a Difference Foundation staff. Responsible in hiring, training, development, and retention. Conducts weekly scheduled one-on-one meetings with direct reports, geared towards building trusting relationship, offering support, and building accountability.
2- Partners with Senior Culture division leadership to evolve and drive CHG's Community Impact vision and strategy. Translates CHG Community Impact strategies into tactical execution plans that includes clear & measurable goals and drive volunteer engagement and volunteer recognition at CHG.
3 - Works collaboratively with MADF staff, officers, and board to maintain foundation operations, legal expectations, and compliance for a corporate private foundation.
4 - Manages Community Impact & MAD foundation internal budgets
5 -Work collaboratively with CHG divisions and teams at CHG to collect data, report and tell story of CHG's total community impact.
6 - Builds and maintains key relationships within the community to include managing external partnerships, memberships, and networking opportunities with organizations that partner in CHG's community impact strategy.
7 - Assist with fundraising for the Making a Difference Foundation

8 - Encourage lifelong learning, stays current on emerging issues and trends within community impact and corporate foundation research & topics.
9 - Knowledge in self-dealing rules & regulations for a corporate foundation.
10 - Strong communication (verbal and written) to assist in communications and marketing strategy and stories, especially as they relate to CHG's community impact and the Making a Difference Foundation.
11- Experience in working in employee volunteer management technology systems.
Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in the areas of corporate community/social impact, corporate foundation or nonprofit related work
- Advanced training/certification in community impact, corporate social responsibility, or nonprofit foundation management is desired
- 5-7 years leadership experience in leading & developing direct reports is required
