This position is responsible for the proper and safe operations of the manufacturing line.
1. Follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for specific manufacturing lines
2. Follows Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures
3. Maintains good housekeeping of work area
4. Records proper product waste using correct documentation
5. Attends all required training: departmental training, on the job training, annual/refresher training, and/or corrective action training

Physical Demand Characteristics: Medium – Lifts 25 lbs. or less frequently; lifts 50 lbs. occasionally. Walks and/or stands most of the day. Bends and stoops frequently. Reaches over head and stoops frequently. May push/pull.
