Phone Customer Service Representative Level 1-REMOTE (Administrative)



REMOTE - WORK from HOME available

Customer Service Representatives receive inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to consumers in the magazine and products industry. This includes responding to product and service inquiries, processing payments, updating accounts and up-selling customers from around the globe.   

We are looking for someone to provide excellent customer service via in-bound telephone calls (includes upsell/cross-sell offers). Continually performs and meets performance standards of this position.  
Do you have any experience in the customer service field either in retail, hospitality, restaurant, clerical work, or call center? If so, then we can train you!

Can you provide a clean, safe, noise-free work space and high speed internet connection? Computer and peripherals will be provided by CDS Global.  
This position will be working from home. You must live within the state of Iowa, preference within 60 miles of 1 of our locations in; Boone, Harlan or Des Moines.

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

  • Proficient ability to read, write and speak the English language

  • Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved

  • Customer Service background or experience working with people
Commitment
  • Paid training:
    October 23 - November 3 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • Work Schedule Options:
    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
    Monday - Friday 9:30am-6pm
     

Salary...

  • Base wage = $14.50/hour
