    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY
    The Coupon Processor III requires the ability and knowledge to be able to identify and separate all store tags for corresponding categories, sorting by store and
    place inside corresponding bin.
    Continue process of separating receipts for billing.
    Take coupons, scan, process and place in corresponding bin for proper mailing out.
    Print booth report to check each scanned entry to confirm all store tags have been scanned and accounted for. Any missing store tags need to be processed and
    accounted for accordingly to avoid any none scanned or missing coupons that need to be mailed out within certain number of days for payment processing.
    Print Invoices per agent for each bin number. Place corresponding coupons inside identified bags and boxes. Generate proper mailing label, write one invoice
    number on NCH shipping label to show number series processed and inside box from a various number of coupon/invoices inside box mailed out.
    Be able to follow instructions from Unit Leader, Supervisor and or Management as indicated and necessary. Be able to sit and or stand for long periods. Coupon
    Processor 111 must be able to meet required company set efficiency quota.
