Marketing Coordinator (Finance)
Fluxergys technologies span many markets in addition to healthcare, including veterinary, food safety, and wellness industries. As the Marketing Coordinator at Fluxergy, you will be directly involved in the companys Marketing activities, as well as deeply involved with the companys long-term strategy. You will be responsible for content, campaigns, and strategy while working with a small but passionate team. This position requires a deep, in-depth knowledge of marketing and graphic design.
Create digital and print content and management of long-term marketing objectives, including advertising, public relations, promotions, lead and customer nurturing, and collateral material ensuring cohesive brand messaging.Create innovative and effective marketing campaigns using a variety of mediums that sets Fluxergy as a leader in the industry.Continuously track efficacy of marketing campaigns and initiatives using appropriate metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.Deliver on assigned marketing projects producing quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and expectations of creativity, strategy, and accuracy.Initiate marketing and communication programs designed to promote our products or services. Assist in branding Fluxergy products and services.Develop effective and persuasive content for internal and external firm communications, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, statement messages, bios, fact sheets, and press releases, all while following brand guidelines.Optimize lead nurturing process and coordinate/optimize marketing events including planning, advertising, and execution for conferences and trade shows as well as create a continuous stream of content for PR activities.Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: electronic filing, department process optimization, design support, product branding, product education, and more.
