Benefits Account Executive (Finance)
Manages the relationship and consults with HR and executive level management while assisting them with the decision-making process of the important area of employee benefits.
Possess ability to read and understand insurance proposals, contracts, and guidelines.
Develop and deliver benefit analysis for employee benefit related products such as medical, dental, disability, life, etc.
Successfully develop and implement creative employee benefit solutions for employer groups of all sizes.
Communicate fully insured and partially self-funded contract options and comparisons with employers.
Respond to service requests from clients and potential clients to research and resolve claim issues, billing issues, contract language questions and other issues that may arise.
Possess ability to create professional documents, spreadsheets, newsletters, presentations, and other material used for internal and external communication.
Conducts employee educational, open enrollment and other meetings as needed.
Must be willing and able to work hours beyond the standard office hours when needed as unusual business conditions may be required in this position.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to understand the needs of clients
Strong verbal and written communications and problem-solving skills are essential
Strong group employee benefits/Groups background and expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft office and technology, in general
Able to conduct research and information gathering
Eagerness to serve and find solutions for clients
High ethical standards

Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
HR and Payroll Experience preferred
