Admin Support Representative - Pre-Qualification (Information Technology)



DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Admin Support Representative to create and manage business and prequalification documents for use between the company, its' clients and contractors, including multiple state and local government agencies! 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in multiple customer-based platforms to maintain Company status
  • Acts as an informed source of department policies and procedures by answering routine questions or routing to the appropriate employees for answers. 
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms, maintain good customer service practices
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer proficient - ability to navigate multiple platforms, maintain good customer service practices 
  • As our business continues to grow, this position will grow and could require occasional over-time
