Your role is crucial for quality and compliance. You will report directly to our Chemical Ops Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbia, MOMust Have:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction

• On the job training provided
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Operate packaging lines
• Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping.
• Work as a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Will be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am
