The Honeywell Advanced Materials plant, located in Columbia, MO 65202, has an immediate opening on their production line for a Production Operator

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.As a Process Operator - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will ensure smooth production processes, monitor parameters, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Your role is crucial for quality and compliance. You will report directly to our Chemical Ops Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbia, MOMust Have:

  • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
  • Ability to identify key details
  • Ability to troubleshoot where necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction

  • On the job training provided
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
  • Operate packaging lines
  • Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping.
  • Work as a team to complete assigned tasks.
  • Will be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am
