The role of the Planning Lead will be to assist the Front End, Back End and Outplant planner in ensuring steady stable material flow to meet the Master Scheduler's commit dates. The Planning Lead will be key in helping to resolve issues that the planners have escalated and will fill in for the Hampton Site Supply Chain Manager when they aren't on site.
