Talent Acquisition Specialist (Finance)
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
Screen and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, for a variety of positions.
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team, and external recruitment agencies to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and recruitment best practices to drive innovation in the talent acquisition process.
Collaborate with HR team on various HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
