Working in a team environment, the Hospitality Specialist's primary responsibilities include: making coffee and keeping all pantries and café's stocked and organized; accurately fulfilling all conference room set ups; ensuring that the Conference Center is maintained in a clean and professional manner; and providing high level customer service and assistance to the firm's guests.
This role requires a flexible candidate that will be scheduled primarily Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:30 pm however, this person will be expected to be available for special events and department requirements as needed.
