Associate General Counsel Charter Care (Finance)

The Associate General Counsel, Hospital Operations be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of certain hospital operations for the organization, as assigned, this role will also play a significant role in the integration of recent acquisitions into the Prospect family and in the creation and implementation of a cohesive company culture with an eye towards regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities/Duties
Minimum Education: Completion of a Juris Doctorate degree program from an accredited college/university is required.
Minimum Experience: A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of significant health care experience is required and in-house legal experience is preferred. Understanding of the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, CMP Law, and related health care regulations. Strong analytic, research, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and a high degree of perseverance and energy. Problem solver mentality. Ability to creatively come up with appropriate solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong customer service and team orientation. Excellent time/project management and prioritization skills. Ability to excel in a fluid, fast-paced dynamic, and complex organization.
Req. Certification/Licensure: Member in good standing of the Rhode Island Bar is strongly preferred. Current, unrestricted license in the state of practice is required.
