As a member of the Technical Support team you assist customers with vending machine issues remotely by phone and through live chats. You will utilize company databases and documentation to diagnose customer issues and provide solutions. Resolution may require processing a part order and/or creating a Service Repair Order (SRO) and dispatching a field technician. You must satisfy all parts and service concerns of all customers ensuring that parts arrive ready for install and if service is required it is performed at the highest level. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
