Strategic Marketing Leader - eviCore - Work at Home (Finance)
ROLE SUMMARY
The Strategic Marketing Leader(Senior Advisor) will be responsible for leading the marketing team that supports the eviCore business and be responsible for the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy. This position will have specific accountability for acquiring and retaining customers across all distribution channels and will be on point to deliver on designated sales and performance goals. In addition, this position will have accountability for provider marketing and engagement. Reporting to the Segment Marketing Managing Director, with strong alignment to the eviCore Sales Managing Director, this role will interface with leadership across the business and the marketing organization, and be supported by a Segment Marketing Lead Analyst.
Key responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans and strategies, value proposition development, competitor/customer/provider insights management, and oversight of the execution of all marketing plans. This role will partner with eviCore business partners on forecasting and KPI management, and work with Evernorth functional partners and external agency partners to design and execute campaigns.
The marketing lead will have strong experience in the development of measurable B2B marketing campaigns, utilizing analytic insights gained from campaigns to ensure optimized investment of budget in order to maximize profitability. Traditional marketing competencies around value proposition development, segmentation and targeting, and creative execution that drives response and supports our sales/proposal development are essential for the role. Additionally, the marketing Senior Advisor will have accountability for developing and supporting our digital properties and strategy, including the eviCore.com website, SEO, social media campaigns. Finally, the marketing lead will have accountability internal and external communications such as partner newsletters and our PR strategy.
The successful candidate for this role will be a self-directed, proactive individual who brings a natural intellectual curiosity and appetite for action to the role and is comfortable in a fast-paced, changing start-up environment.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $102,600 - $171,000, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
