Dietary Aide is responsible for fast, accurate and efficient quality food preparation and/or clean-up for customers. Responsible for the Food Service operation for their shift. Assists in the preparation of tasty, accurate meals in a courteous manner using customer service relation skills to relate and serve customers. Performs dish washing and cleaning activities in the kitchen to assure a safe and aseptic environment. Appropriately operates and monitors food service equipment. Attends department meetings to ensure that continuing education, knowledge of new issues, and safety updates are known. In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned on occasion, based upon Fall River Health Services needs or requirements.
