Job Summary
The Department Leader role will supervise and coordinate to maintain product flow with maximum efficiency, and minimum loss, and maintain and improve the facility's assets in accordance. Ensure compliance with Kettle Cusine policies and procedures which include Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality, and Food Safety Systems.
