Industrial Engineer - (Job Number: 21000682) (Finance)
This position will act as a primary resource for accomplishing Industrial Engineering tasks associated with problem solving, data analysis, statistical analysis, business strategy development, capacity planning, inventory/cost reduction, engineering econ analysis, and systems modeling. He/she will serve as a plant-wide resource analyzing, modeling, understanding, and predicting gaps to achieving desired business results both across and within departments. This position will develop effective plans which bring clarity to potential solutions that close those gaps and will lead the implementation of those solutions.
Expect interaction with the full diverse Tennessee Operations organization using the complete Industrial Engineering skill set to eliminate waste and drive improvements. This position will function as the main contact point for all Industrial Engineering related matters in the facility.
This role is primarily day shift, Monday-Friday. However, there is potential for the incumbent to work off-shifts as needed to support the functions of this role. Basic Qualifications:
