Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide “White Glove” hospitality services.
Set-up meeting rooms as specified - This will include setting up beverages and food, rearranging tables and chairs, and cleaning up once meetings have finished.
Setting up lunches and catering brought in for the staff.
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies.
Clean and stock pantry and kitchen as needed daily. Potentially load and unload dishwasher.
Stocking the snacks each day.
You will be providing back-up coverage for the reception desk for lunch and breaks.
Supply and maintain the "Village" supply areas.
Help facilities with setting up visiting attorney offices with supplies and name plate.
Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services.
Performing some inventories and placing weekly orders for kitchen supplies and snacks.
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks.
Be cross trained in the copy center to handle mail, accountable packages and handle print and scan jobs.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Shift: dayshift 8-5 or 8:30-5:30
The Compensation range for this role is 20.94 to 25.13 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
