Recruiter (Human Resources)
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers to fill all company positions. Develops and proposes new strategies and programs to attract quality candidates for all communities.Partners with hiring managers at all locations to provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate initiatives to best fill all vacancies.Works closely with the Marketing team to establish advertising and campaigns to attract top talent.Establishes measurements of success and provides supporting data.Applicant tracking system set up and maintenance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.Minimum of 6 months HR experience required, recruitment experience preferred.Health care recruiting experience a plus.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
