Director Strategy Alliance & Business Planning- 019060 (Project Management)
Summary
This position is responsible for the Operational Excellence (OPEX) and EPMO Business Strategy development and alignment to overall enterprise strategy and business priorities. The Director is accountable for communication to enterprise stakeholders, including but not limited to: organizational leaders and key executives to ensure buy-in and alignment with strategy. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a business decision life cycle for all significant OPEX programs and projects within the organization, within the Lifetime Healthcare Companies.
Along with accountabilities for developing OPEX and EPMO Business strategies, this position has specific responsibilities for and developing Business Innovation. This includes evaluating and implementing efficiencies, monitoring divisional performance against defined goals, and initiating effective corrective actions and communication thereof.
