House Supervisor Night Shift (Project Management)
A new opportunity at a beautiful facility in Southern Washington is looking for a House Supervisor Night Shift to ensure patient flow when the Chief Nursing Officer is absent. This is an exciting opportunity for an Acute Care House Supervisor RN to grow within a gorgeous hospital.
This small hospital has served the community for over 50 years. The Acute Care House Supervisor RN will join a facility that takes great pride in its state of the art technology. The facility itself is extremely modern with all of the main campuses built recently. Equipped with advanced medical technology, this progressive hospital has the ability to provide personalized patient care to every individual who walks through their doors. The House Supervisor Night Shift will work in a fast-paced environment and will be joining a hard-working department dedicated to producing only the highest rate of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor Night Shift will be supported by a healthcare team that respects and works collaboratively with nursing staff. This hospital prides itself on performing in a group fashion in order to achieve their goal of being a place of healing, caring and connection for patients and families in the community they call home. The support staff the House Supervisor Night Shift will oversee will include Staff RN's, Credential Nurses and Physicians, and Staff Technicians.
The House Supervisor Night Shift will be responsible and accountable for directing and facilitating the flow of patient care activities of the facility on an assigned shift. This will include working with Staff RN's to assign and coordinate bed staffing for admissions, overseeing all inter and intra-facility transfers, and ensuring regulatory standards with the facility. This will also include being in accordance with the city, state, and national regulations.
