Lead, Support, Inspire—Help Shape Student Success Across Both Campuses

At Community Leadership Academy (CLA) and Victory Preparatory Academy (VPA), we are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Curriculum and Student Success Administrator who will float between our campuses and serve as the instructional and student success leader. This unique position offers the opportunity to drive the implementation of innovative, rigorous curriculum across both elementary and secondary levels, while ensuring that all students are receiving the support they need to succeed academically. You will play a key role in enhancing instructional practices, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting student achievement by ensuring fidelity to the school curriculum, instructional delivery, and student engagement—all while promoting an instructional delivery and classroom environment that fosters active learning.

You will collaborate closely with both campuses' leadership teams to ensure that goals, standards, and expectations are aligned and implemented consistently, with a focus on vertical alignment, rubrics, benchmarks, and exemplars to guide both student learning and teacher growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Curriculum and Student Success Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support Curriculum Implementation: Collaborate with teachers and administrators across both campuses to ensure effective delivery of the chosen programs, techniques, and curricula, ensuring fidelity to school curriculum and vertical alignment across grade levels.
  • Foster Academic Rigor: Help maintain high expectations for teaching and learning, ensuring that curriculum aligns with Colorado Academic Standards, and that instructional practices promote student success. Develop and implement benchmarks, rubrics, and exemplars to guide student learning and assessment.
  • Ensure Student Engagement: Work closely with staff to ensure that instructional delivery promotes active student engagement and that students are motivated and supported in their learning.
  • Drive Student Success: Support the development of strategies to monitor and improve student performance, ensuring that all students, including those with disabilities and learning challenges, receive the support they need.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Teams: Work closely with school leadership teams at both campuses to drive school culture, manage student success, and implement school-wide initiatives.
  • Coach and Develop Staff: Provide coaching, professional development, and instructional support to teachers to enhance instructional competency and support academic accountability.
  • Ensure a Safe Learning Environment: Help maintain a safe, positive, and rigorous learning environment at both campuses, ensuring that all students are supervised and engaged.
  • Communicate with Parents and Staff: Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and students, ensuring clear communication and fostering positive relationships.

You align with classical education practices, embracing a time-tested, comprehensive method that nurtures critical thinking, personal development, and intellectual growth in students. You also advocate for Quantum Learning, understanding its focus on student-centered teaching strategies that enhance memory retention, creative thinking, and deep engagement with material.

You strongly support English immersion with sheltered practices, recognizing the importance of helping students learn English in ways that are accessible, supportive, and effective, particularly for English Learners. You are committed to creating a learning environment that fosters opportunity for all students to succeed, regardless of background or academic starting point. Your dedication to these practices will help ensure that every student—whether they are excelling, struggling, or learning English—has the tools, resources, and guidance to reach their full potential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Colorado Professional Educator License or Principal License
  • Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience (required)
  • Experience in instructional leadership and curriculum development, with a focus on high standards and student outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Colorado Academic Standards and school assessments (READ Act, WIDA, DIBELS, CMAS, PSAT, SAT)
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to improve instructional practices
  • Exemplary communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with school operations, facility management, and emergency procedures
  • Ability to work flexibly between both campuses to provide consistent support and leadership
