Summary
We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing the quality of care provided to our residents. Starting negotiable salary for the position is $105,000.00 annually.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm but does include a on-call rotation. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards.
Oversee the creation and management of individualized care plans for residents.
Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Medicare regulations and other healthcare standards.
Conduct regular assessments of patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary.
Foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes.
Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.
