Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Client Associate to support the sales team on internal management of current accounts in order to accelerate future revenue opportunities. This role demands a focus on internal customer satisfaction while working on competing priorities. You must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, & problem-solving skills, and have experience managing account information and preparing proposals. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, and exhibit a positive attitude. The Client Associate reports to a Client Partner Director within the Sales organization and supports the Client Partners.
Responsibilities:
Assembly and coordination of detailed contracts; manage contracts to expected timeline
Maintain any changes to the Client information in Salesforce including, key contact names, current and previous systems to ensure data quality
Support the Continuous Value Services, (AMS) and add-on project work change order process and contract renewal process
Ensure upon project start that all data in SFDC matches project deployment scope
Support Client Partner with contract renewal opportunities for all customers in Division including prep work for Annual Review
Support the reference process and overall program
Managing, tracking and scheduling resource requests and assignments for services scoping calls
Research all bounced email contacts and update new location and notify Sales as appropriate
Research company intelligence on active & inactive customers and route qualified leads internally
Provide input on competitive intelligence program
Provide RFP content support for post-production service proposals
Support development of sales presentations content
Support contact management leads on inactive, dormant accounts
Skills and Requirements:
One to two years of experience in an inside sales, business development/sales support, or account management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage your time, the customer demands, and competing priorities with a high focus on customer service
Ability to work with cross functional team.
Experience with Workday Experience, Salesforce and Discover.org is helpful but not required
