School-Age Child Care Lead (Finance)

Position Summary:
Provide direction for the program and staff, and implement program curriculum in a safe, enjoyable, positive and inclusive environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Implement daily lesson and activity plansSupervise all children and activities within program areaRegularly observes, schedules and completes evaluations for each childMaintain communication with parents, conduct regularly scheduled parent conferences, and engage parents as volunteersMaintain materials, equipment, and program facilityMaintain required program recordsPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum age 21 ECE / 18 School AgeMeet educational and experience qualifications established by Dept of Early Learning (DEL)Provide document of all certification and training requirements established by DEL, including position prerequisites, current negative TB test, and portable background checkPlan, organize, and implement high quality developmentally appropriate programmingFluency in second language preferred
